1.    How to register as a bb20member?

i.                Go to the homepage of bb20 andclick “Register” on the top right corner, fill in the personal information, andset up a password, then click ”Join”.

ii.               After successful registration,you will receive a confirmation email.

2.    How to check the order status?

After login, click “Order”.

3.    How to renew the personalinformation?

After login, go to “My account”, update the required field in“Personal Information”. Click “save” after amendment.

4.    How to reset password?

You can reset your password by clicking <New Password> in<Personal Information>.
