How to add collagen to cold drinks :
1.    Full 1/3 of your glass with room temperature liquid
2.    Add 1 serving of collagen peptides and mix with a fork or spoon
3.    Fill the rest of your glass with cold liquid, the mix
4 . Add ice if desired

Directions :
Combine 4 Tbsp (22g) with 240ml of hot or cold water and mix thoroughly. Use more or less water to adjust taste.
