Bio island cod liver + fish oil for kids comes in fish shaped softgel capsules for easy dosage across all age groups and helps support healthy growth and development for infants and children.

Each capsule contains a complex formula with added vitamin E, cod liver oil for natural sources of vitamins A and D and fish oil, which is a source of omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA.

Directions for Use :
Infants 0 - 6 months : exclusive breastfeeding is recommended, consult your healthcare professional and use only as directed.
Children 7 - 12 months : take 1 - 2 capsules daily.
Children 1 - 3 years : take 2 capsules daily.
Children 4 - 8 years : take 3 capsules daily.
Children 9+ years : take 4 capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
**For children under 5 years, cut the capsule tail and squeeze the contents onto a spoon before administering into mouth. Alternatively, the dosage can be squeezed onto food.
